PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal as standard payment options.
Transactions completed through credit card or PayPal may appear on your statement as our registered business name.

Please note: American Express is available for Canadian customers only.

INTERAC E-TRANSFER (CANADA ONLY)

Customers located in Canada may also choose to pay via Interac e-Transfer / email transfer—a quick, safe, and simple way to check out without using a credit card.
Just select Interac e-Transfer / Email Transfer at checkout and follow the instructions provided by your bank.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)

We also offer Bank Transfer / EFT for both Canadian and U.S. orders.
This method is commonly used for commercial payments and is a reliable, cost-effective option for larger transactions.
Processing time:
• Within Canada — typically 1 business day
• United States & International — usually 1–2 business days

CURRENCY & TAXES

All pricing is displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Canadian orders will be charged the applicable sales taxes based on province/territory regulations.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

INVOICES

Every shipment includes a printed invoice for your records.
If you would like a digital PDF copy instead, simply contact us and provide your order number—we’ll be happy to email it to you.

OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Our website may integrate services from outside vendors or digital providers. We do not monitor, guarantee, or control third-party tools unless explicitly stated.
