Customers may request a refund, return, or exchange within seven days of receiving their order if an incorrect item has been delivered or if the product arrives damaged or broken. To begin this process, customers are asked to contact us by email at info@northamericaningredients.com, providing their order number and a brief description of the issue. Once the request is reviewed, we will issue a unique return authorization code, which must be written clearly on the inside of the return package, along with a complimentary return shipping label that will be sent by email. After the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with the appropriate solution based on the customer's preference. If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be prepared, expedited, and dispatched within one business day of receiving the returned goods. If a refund is requested, it will be processed within one business day as well.
Customers should be aware that although refunds are issued promptly by our team, it may take between one and seven business days for the refunded amount to be reflected on their bank or credit card statement. This delay is standard within the online payments industry and is entirely dependent on the policies of each financial institution or card provider.
