If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be prepared, expedited, and dispatched within one business day of receiving the returned goods. If a refund is requested, it will be processed within one business day as well.

Please note that tracking information may take up to one business day to begin displaying movement. Larger wholesale or bulk orders may require additional preparation time before shipping.

Our free standard shipping option typically arrives within 2 to 8 business days, while Xpresspost orders generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Priority shipping offers the fastest delivery, often within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the destination. Customers may choose UPS Express as an alternative rapid option, which typically delivers within 1 to 2 business days, although UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
