Once the request is reviewed, we will issue a unique return authorization code, which must be written clearly on the inside of the return package, along with a complimentary return shipping label that will be sent by email. After the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with the appropriate solution based on the customer's preference. If an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be prepared, expedited, and dispatched within one business day of receiving the returned goods. If a refund is requested, it will be processed within one business day as well.

Customers should be aware that although refunds are issued promptly by our team, it may take between one and seven business days for the refunded amount to be reflected on their bank or credit card statement. Most orders received before 7:00 a.m. are packed and shipped the same business day, and customers receive their tracking link automatically by email once the shipment has been created. Please note that tracking information may take up to one business day to begin displaying movement. Larger wholesale or bulk orders may require additional preparation time before shipping.

Delivery timelines within Canada vary depending on the selected service. Our free standard shipping option typically arrives within 2 to 8 business days, while Xpresspost orders generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Priority shipping offers the fastest delivery, often within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the destination. Customers may choose UPS Express as an alternative rapid option, which typically delivers within 1 to 2 business days, although UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carriers themselves. Although express services are the fastest options, they do not guarantee overnight or one-day delivery. Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons or unforeseen carrier disruptions, and carriers may request a signature upon delivery.

For palletized shipments sent by freight across Canada, free shipping is also available, with typical delivery windows ranging from 2 to 8 business days. Tracking information for freight shipments is emailed within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Additional fees may apply for specialized delivery situations, including remote locations, construction sites, appointment-based deliveries, or tailgate service.
